The gentleman were very helpful finding me the liquor I needed , the lady at the register that stood alone didn't look or act very happy .
Service and quality is great. Came to pick up some of their store picks of bourbon and some half smokes. They had all their pucks out for you to taste all of them were great. Had good flavor and were balanced. One of the managers spent time talking about why they made the pick they did what they we're looking for. They have a good selection of other liquor and beer. They definitely have a good taste for store picks. I also picked up there half smokes as well. They were good and well seasoned would buy them again.
BK Miller's is actually what it says -meat and liquor. But they also have a lot of other things available. They have canned good items, seasoning and spices, bagged frozen vegetables, seafood and even food containers. They also have a wide variety of wine, beer, liquor and other types of beverages that contain alcohol. I went on a Thursday evening after work and surprisingly it was not crowded(It can get very busy on the weekends). It might have been because it was lightly raining that evening. Although I am extra sweet, I knew I would not melt. So off I went. They also have a drive-thru if you don't feel like getting out of the car. I went to pick up party wings for my Daughter's upcoming baby shower because my co-worker received a text from B. K. Miller's with a deal(and you know I am all about saving the coins so I can do more fun things like Yelp!). I went for one bag of party wings and ended up getting 2 bags. I would have gotten 3 bags, but I was not sure of the space in my freezer. (Yep. I think I need a bigger freezer). It is not the fanciest place but who needs fancy, if I get can get food that is well-priced and fresh( two things that can be hard to come by). I will be back real soon to restock my freezer.
As a NC girl living in Maryland, I am SO GLAD to have found this place!! Good cuts of meat at a reasonable price...lawd, we gone be eating good!!
